Our process control systems are all MAC programmed and built by our people in our facilities. Our depth of experience in process engineering and designing automated ingredient systems enables us to understand the problems to be solved. Our engineers can supply either standalone PLCs or MCCs or whole-plant systems or system upgrades using today's most advanced process controls technology. Our control panel can seamlessly integrate our controls with control systems already in place or provide custom panel design solutions to satisfy any customer requirement. We'll work with any programming language and graphic software a customer specifies and design MAC Controls that grow with the customer's needs.

We make everything from hard-wired, relay-based controls to complex multiprocessor PLC-based systems and distributed I/O control systems. All systems undergo rigorous quality control procedures and extensive simulation testing. Everything comes with complete wiring schematics and documentation. Our structured, state-logic programming style simplifies control modifications and troubleshooting. And, the customer always gets the source code and complete documentation.
