Easy Installation and wiring

TheWizard's display panel can be mounted up to a mile away from the baghouses it monitors without any loss of data integrity.

The RS232 serial port hook-up from the Wizard display panel to your PC provides complete monitoring of baghouse operations. From your office or work station, you can change the cleaning cycle settings to improve dust collector efficiency and download the collector's operational history.

The Wizard Remembers

The Wizard's advanced memory systems provides an accurate performance history of:

• Emmisions

• Past Alarms

• Pressure Drops

• Compressed Air Pressures

• Baghouse Temperatures

• Air Flow

Hourly averages of each signal are stored for two weeks and daily averages are stored for a year. The memory also stores the time and date of any alarm and records when the situation was rectified.
