MCF Dust Filter

The MAC Medium-Pressure Controlled-Cleaning Dust Filter (MCF) is the most efficient and versatile bag filter made.

Capacities range to over 250,000 CFM. Over a dozen filter media options are available, designed for operating temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

MCF's patented Controlled-Fire-Cleaning system runs on medium-pressure air (only 7-9 psig), generated by a positive displacement blower, and requires less horsepower than any other bag filter in the industry. Yet the MCF offers you high collecting efficiency and unmatched bag cleaning in all low-maintenance models — available in sizes with over 23,000 square feet in total filter area.

MCF Cleans for about one-third the cost.
MAC saves energy costs yet gives you more consistent cleaning than other bag filter systems. Studies indicate that users can meet safety and regulatory requirements for approximately one-third the cost of running pulse-jet filters.

PowerHouse

MAC PowerHouse Reverse-Air Dust Filters combine continuous high cleaning capacity with low maintenance.

Capacities of standard models range up to 75,000 CFM, with up to 7,163 square feet in total filter area. Today's best filter media options are available.

MAC's proprietary air distribution arm cleans every bag the same number of times in each rotation - unlike other bag cleaning filter designs which needlessly clean the inside rows of bags with more air than the outside rows, resulting in wasted energy and uneven bag/cartridge wear. Computer designed bag spacing creates lower average internal air velocities and further promotes cleaning efficiency.

No Plant Air is Required
It has its own plenum-mounted low-noise reverse air fan and gear-driven air distributor. There are no complex electronic switches, no solenoid valves to jam or freeze. Simplicity is the key to the long-term reliability and overall economy of MAC's PowerHouse.

MAC2Flo

The most efficient cartridge dust collector on the market.

The MAC2Flo has large square footage of media per cartridge allowing for increased air flow with no increase in pressure drop. Dust-laden air enters the top of the filter, which provides a true downward airflow resulting in increased cleaning efficiency.

The MAC2Flo is modular in design and can be configured in 4-, 6-, 8-, 12-, and 16- filter units. Expansion of modules can occur either vertically or horizontally. Various types of filter cartridge media are available providing 480 to over 32,512 sq. ft. of cloth area.

Fans

MAC offers industrial ventilation fans that match the diverse needs of MAC systems. From air flows of a few hundred CFM to air flows in excess of 150,000 CFM and operating pressures ranging from a few inches SP to high static conditions, MAC will select the best fan for each application. Each wheel type has been specifically designed for particular industrial requirements thus assuring the optimum design. Belt and direct drive designs are available.

Mist Collectors

The MAC Mist Eliminator with TFP technology can handle the toughest jobs. From coolant mist removal around grinding and machining operations, to collection of sticky mold release agents in the die-casting industry.

Turbulent Flow Precipitation is the newest and most effective technology available today, helping you achieve a clean, safe work environment effectively and economically.

TFP technology is a collector system, not a filter system. The first stage collects the coarse solid particles. In the second stage, turbulence is generated in the channels, air eddies form and propel the smallest droplets into the porous walls where they are trapped and drained. This unique principle works. There is no need for expensive filter replacement or frequent cleaning. Airflow in the unit remains consistent at all times providing a high removal rate of airborne pollutants.
